  • Consistently offers professional, engaging and friendly service
  • Assist guests regarding hotel facilities in an informative and helpful way
  • Follow department policies, procedures and service standards
  • To action/deal with any complaints/queries expressed by guests
  • Other duties as assigned


  • College degree in Travel Industry Management or similar field preferred
  • Highly organized, results-oriented with the ability to be flexible and work well under pressure
  • Good command in English and Russian
  • Good spoken and/or written knowledge of other languages will be an advantage
  • Knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Front Office Systems (Comanche System is an advantage)
  • Excellent communication skills to build relationships with guests and the hotel departments online and offline
