Handled general requests for information and data; handled delicate situations, such as – customer requests, special needs and complaints
Assisted in promotion and charity events
Responsible for addressing and troubleshooting customers’ needs and concerns
Our experiences combine a variety of the best wellness treatments a selection of massages to indulge and treat mind, body and spirit
Excellent English speaking and writing skills
Sales oriented, strong administrative and excellent skills
Genuine friendly, service oriented attitude, immaculately groomed and professional in manner
Previous experience in a luxury Spa, Resort, or Hotel is preferred
